Overview on use
This is best used for Role Up days for small to medium Clubs. It can handle from 8 to 32 Players, including non mod 4 groups. For example:-
It can Generate three Random Rounds or One Manual round followed by 2 Random Rounds. For Roll Up casual days it is better to used the Manual First Round followed by two Random Rounds.
There is also a third option. Its a Manual Type which sets up three rounds using a set pattern. You Manually build the first round and it uses a specific pattern to build up the next two rounds based on your first round.
The Random Rounds, pairs up players 1 and 2 until either one is exhausted then just pairs up what is left. This can help to produce balanced Games if you use Grade Levels.
On the left hand side you enter the players that would normally turn up on that kind of a day. If more come then just add them in. Remember to Save your Player Pool. This helps next time and is only useful if you use the Manual First Round followed by two random Rounds, as the Three Random Round method uses all Players in your Pool, so they need to be there that day.
Suggested Procedure:
If you don’t yet have your Pool of Players built then Add them as they come along. When ready to start the first round, Click on Switch to Manual, then Click on a Players Checkbox to have them allocated to the first available Court. Continue doing this until all your current Players are allocated. At this point you can change players around by clicking on their name in a particular Court, this will remove them, then click on another player from the Pool and they will be inserted into that spot. While making up the First Round you can Add new Players to your Pool as they come along and then Allocate them to a Court.
Make sure you Save your Player list if you have added in anymore new players.
Once all your Players have arrived and the First Round is underway you can set up the next two Random Rounds by Clicking on Save Manual 1 then clicking on Build Random 2, then click on Build Random 3. Then click on Show Manual 1 (Now playing) click on Show Random 2 for to show next Round. After Round 2 click on Show Random 3. You can go round in round showing all three Rounds, without having any changed on you.
